This is simply not a good fit for the kids of Region 10. There was only one solution considered and I ask that we take the time to get this decision right. This has implications that run deep in our community and we will regret this move. Please reconsider this move and pursue the right thing, the kids deserve it.

We are competitive (not dominant) in the Berkshire League; we will be an athletic doormat in the CCC. Student participation in athletics will drop significantly. The atmosphere in our school and community for school sports will be adversely affected for years.

Believe it is not the correct fit for our athletes. We will be at disadvantage due to number of students, facilities and athletic budget.

As a tax paying member of the Region 10 community, I believe that the Board of Education should reverse the decision to join the CCC Athletic Conference.
This move has been done without any attention to the opinion of the athletic community, and should be revisited.
