Ridiculous decision. I played against Hemel many years ago with South Norfolk Saints.

Disgusting decision, the pathway and hard work being put in with schools will now close to the first team as nobody in their right mind would want to travel that far to train when old enough to be considered for selection. The work done in local schools by Mike Stewart is nothing short of exceptional, this decision takes so much away from that!

If the team is not in Hemel, its not a Hemel team.

I think it's total madness linking with a club so far away that it's impossible to train regularly and therefore Stags players will not get chosen for matches. If this happens, very quickly Hemel Stags will cease to exist!!

I may be a Rugby union Coach but what is happening to a community club like this is disgusting.

An institution of rugby league in the south and a complete disaster how it's been handled. Bedford Tigers fan.

If we're to expand as a sport, we need to expand into the south of England first. This doesn't help our sport at all.
