Disgusted that as an owner I got notification today, the day before changes due to be implemented, no chance to counter or object to the changes. Coastefields should be banned from buying or selling caravans on this site as fleecing innocent owners, now have sole rights if caravan over 15 years old. This is unfair monopolisation, absolute no choice for owners on this site, what are the legalities of changing contract rights without notice? I got official mail today, 30 May, takes effect tomorrow. I, like others, will seek profession al legal advice and urge others to do the same.

I know we wouldn't be able to afford a new one and ours is looked after lovely inside and out

Disgusting, correct me if wrong but who gives u the right to tell people how to sell and who to sell to. The vans belong to the person who brought them not you so you don't have a say on how it's sold. They pay you rent to keep it on a plot. RENT!!!!

Enough is enough. Every year is just more of a rip off than the previous year. Where's the notice given for such a big change in t&c's. Only got my letter today and the new ruling kicks in tomorrow!! Ridiculous.

Why impose an age limit on current vans? The half way meeting point would be to put an age limit on vans being pitched from this time forward but to leave any current vans stay...

Please reconsider it is a lovely friendly camp. Most of the caravans are well looked after. Surely there is another way to address the ones that arn't kept up to the Kingfisher Campsite standards
