What is wrong with you people? Are you seriously thinking he can come back and play for the @49ers this season? I mean you want them to cut someone so he can be on the team and you think that there might be 55 guys better than him, but not 56? It's nostalgic and everything and very nice as a gesture, but let's reel it back in a bit and rethink this whole idea, and pray that it never comes true, and will never be spoken about again. I mean give him a jersey, let him suit up for the first home game and maybe they can snap the ball to JimmyG10 and he can toss a pass to TO a couple of yards down. (of course, the defense will stand there like they're ready to stop him, but they won't move or anything and definitely won't interfere or cause any kind of disruption during this special moment) After Jimmy can run over and hug him and all that, you know, kinda like passing the torch from the past to the future, old to young, hack to professional. Something like that would be nice.
