IRS regulations allow Deferred Compensations plans to offer loans against a portion of the balance participants keep in their Deferred Compensation accounts. The Wisconsin Deferred Compensation (WDC) board has denied us this option stating time and time again it's not in our best interested. In these financially troubling times that we as State of Wisconsin employees are facing, the WDC will not offer assistance even though it is in their power to do so. Sign this petition and tell the WDC that it’s time to let us decide what is in our best interest, not them!
