We the undersigned drivers and operators of Warwick District Council wish for stern action to be taken in a bid to halt the misery that Uber is having in our area.
Uber are operating in the Warwick district without the proper licenses that are required. They have licenses from other local authorities who have vastly different and lower standards. As a result of this, drivers who have attempted to obtain a license in the Warwick district but have been deemed not fit and proper have gone to these councils and obtained a license and are now operating in the Warwick district under the uber banner!
How is this protecting the public and how does this put public safety at the forefront of licensing? The safety of Warwick district residents is being compromised. It’s affecting our livelihoods, our daily lives, our health and our families. We are sick and tired of having to put up with this on a daily basis. The problem is getting worse day by day!

We all have to get together because Uber is effect to every single driver and we have enough taxi in Warwick, Kenilworth, Leamington so we no need any of out side company's who's coming to work in over town.
They are breaking the rules of public safety and public engagement. They should ONLY be operating by the same rules, same restrictions, checks and be licenced ind the local area. Simple really
Ban uber in our area, they shouldn't be waiting around for fare we have to pay licensing fee etc every year to maintain our trade, not fare with uber driving around in 15 year old cars and without any checks etc
WDCR 770 Would you take an action against Uber drivers in leamington,kenilworth and Warwick they are coming from Walsall and diffident city and working here which is they don't have a license or permation from Warwick district council to work.
Uber are stealing our jobs. They are licensed in a different authority and come and pick jobs here. They have no bookings, but just wait here and wait for a job to appear on their App.

Born and lived my whole life in Leamington spa contributed to and invested into Leamington spa pride myself in giving a good service to locals and visitors no regard is being taken for all the years I have put into this by the council. When we need their support. Uber cars plated as far as London and other areas outside of Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth are affecting my lively hood
