I have just become aware of the sad reality that the good people of Jamaica May lose one of their last public beaches to government sanctioned development. This is a sad situation that must be prevented. Do not take the beach away from the people that best deserve the opportunity to enjoy the paradise in which they live and have always lived.

The protection of Winnifred Beach is heard from all circles of the globe. I am voicing my opinion from Australia. This beach is rightfully owned by the local Jamaican people, not developers. When I visit Jamaica, this will be the only beach I intend on swimming at. You expect me to pay to swim at a beach! I will fight for the protection of this beach from the other side of the globe, and I intend to be heard! Leave it alone!!!

Wouldn't it be a real big sin to buy up all of God's earth!!!!! Life is hard enough for the poor people in Jamaica as it is!!!! ..... This would also effect tourism in Jamaica!!!!
