My introduction to Jamaica was Portland and Winnifred beach. Cynthia is an AMAZING cook! Will help spread the word about this important issue.

The only development should be tolerated here is to make it better than it is for the public. No privatization, this is the people's bbeach only

Keep Winnifred Beach open to the public and allow no environmental degradation from further development.

I can not believe what I'm reading. That beach is like a family heritage for Portlanders. Weekend excursions, holidays, relaxing. I grow up going to that beach, we camped as youths at the great house and go to the river that flows to the beach in the mornings to have a swim and bath. Wonderful memories there and I'm quite sure I'm not the only one. This is for Portlanders not someone who haven't a clue of how precious that property is to us. I'm royally upset about this.
