I don’t remember the exact moment when everything started to feel too heavy, but I do remember when I thought I couldn’t carry it anymore. Life had become a relentless cycle of pain, exhaustion, and a deep loneliness that felt impossible to shake. Anxiety gnawed at me from the inside out, and Lyme disease drained me of energy, leaving me feeling like a shell of myself. I was trapped in a body and mind that refused to give me peace.
That’s when *Wayne* came into my life.
I stumbled upon the show by accident just another night of scrolling through endless options, trying to find something to fill the void. I didn’t expect much. Maybe a distraction, maybe a few laughs. But from the first scene, something in *Wayne* grabbed me by the collar and refused to let go.
Wayne himself this beaten, broken, and scrappy kid who had every reason to give up but refused to felt like a reflection of the parts of me I had long since buried. He was angry, but his anger wasn’t just blind rage; it was purpose. He fought, not because he wanted to, but because he had to. Because the world had taken so much from him, and he wasn’t going to let it take everything.
For the first time in a long time, I felt something stir in me. It wasn’t just the action or the chaos; it was the heart underneath it all. Wayne didn’t just fight with his fists he fought with his soul. And even in all his violence, there was something deeply kind about him. He cared. He loved. He never stopped pushing forward, no matter how bad things got.
And I realized… maybe I could do that too.
There was a night one of the worst nights when I thought I couldn’t keep going. The weight of everything felt unbearable. But instead of giving in, I put *Wayne* back on. I watched him take hit after hit, bleed, stumble, fall… and get back up. Every time. I told myself, *if Wayne can keep going, so can I.*
It sounds ridiculous to say that a TV show saved my life, but it did. *Wayne* reminded me that ev
