This is building is an historical place for those that are or were part of the music revolution that happened in Chicago. It must be preserved to keep the dynamics of Chicago’s musical culture alive and well!!

The artists from around the world Jim and Dannie promoted, helped, produced, were friends with, etc. have been a part of my life since my early teens. I identified with their particular world view, and more importantly they helped me to grow up on difficult times. Their work is not only important to US and european people but worldwide, since I am Costa Rican. There are fans on every country in the world, for sure. Preserving the building as it was means a lot to us, is keeping an important part of the history alive. It is a must go place to all of us when visiting the city.
