Back in the '80's my high school friends and I made a summer pilgrimage on my birthday every year to pack up on all the new industrial. I love Wax Trax!

Wax Trax! was one of a few beacons in the wasteland of recorded music, where one could always find great music to listen to whether it be from walking into the shop, frequent mail ordering and/or promoted concerts. There are many iconic underground music establishments which have gone the way of the wrecking ball and regrettably sometimes, it's for needed reasons. There is no reason to let Wax Trax! fade into music history. It was important then, and the memory of it is just as important.
