We the undersigned do hereby urge the Departments of Transport and Education to maintain the service of a School Bus for children attending Waverley Abbey School at Tilford near Farnham, on the route 698 via Ash, Ash Green and Tongham. This service is due to be withdrawn in 2011 but is essential for over 40 children to attend a rural village based school over 5 miles from their homes. We ask the ministers to ensure that funding is maintained to operate this service and ensure that these children have access to a full time education, which might otherwise be unavailable.
