Concerned over the prospect of more flats going up when there has already been a huge development at the paper mill which is extremely close by. Also, I will be completely overlooked by these flats which is going to massively affect my outlook and the quiet enjoyment I currently have.

The proposed development at 7 storeys high is well above neighbouring housing and will oversee local housing.
The impact on traffic volumes, lack of immediate parking facilities will have detrimental impact to local neighbourhood
The bus interchange proposal is not well thought out, given traffic density on western avenue .
