According to John Bennett the Waterstreet Board voted against reassessing all the owners in Waterstreet Condo to complete the much needed repairs. Building 8 is among a few building which will only be painted and some wood rot repaired. If Building 8s structure was exposed, the findings would be similar to the findings of the other buildings. That is rot, mold, and detriation of the plywood due to water. The condo owners of Building 8 need our building repaired like all the other building that underwent repairs. The other condo owners are living in totally repaired and new structures now and we are not. This is not fair, and we all need to share the cost of completing this project so we can all return value to our properties.
