I have requested a formal meeting with the Heritage Clubhouse board to review the current water slide policy. We are drafting a proposal that outlines how a liability waiver and new signage would effectively address their safety concerns.

TOTAL NONSENSE. The parents are right there to catch them. Quit being so uptight.
We already pay enough in HOA fees to be treated like adults and make our own decisions about our own kids. Give us a break.
Ridiculous rule. Kids have been doing this for years at every pool ive ever been to.
USE WATER SLIDES AT YOUR OWN RISK. Problem solved. Let the kids have some fun.
My kids have been crying all summer because they cant go down the slide with me. This is just ridiculous.
