It is critical that the city follow through on planned traffic enhancements that match the amount of traffic created by new construction the city has approved... you can't do one without the other. Please do your jobs and get this figured out!

30 minutes to travel less then 2 miles is unacceptable. I doubt an ambulance, police , or fire response could do much better because of the congestion.

The congestion is caused by all the apartment real estate development projects (High Rises etc) along Southfield.....Which has generated corresponding tax revenue for the city and state both Income Tax and as well as Real Estate Tax. .It would be expected that this additional tax revenue would justify the needed repairs and mitigate any delays or plan changes.

I have to express that all city officials that voted in favor of all of the construction down on Southfield Avenue and for the most part Harbor point should have an obligation to doing whatever is necessary to make this project go through.
Approving these projects without having an approved traffic plan is just irresponsible.

Please approve, our tax dollars in this area are bringing a lot of revenue into Stamford and the traffic is unbearable.

Waterside has been waiting for too many years for this plan to ease congestion. Please vote in favor of the condemnation so that the plan can proceed.
