The original plans submitted for Waterside Resort development included a 5’ wide sidewalk on the interior lots. This petition is for property owners in Waterside Resort to voice their opinion on the sidewalk. If the sidewalk can be removed from the plans submitted to the City of Gulf Shores, we want ENT enterprises to provide the $32,000 line of credit to the community’s HOA reserves.

The current level of support confirms that a clear majority of property owners favor the reallocation of those funds to the HOA reserves. My next step is to finalize a formal letter to ENT enterprises outlining this request and scheduling a meeting with the City of Gulf Shores planning department.

32k is a lot of money to waste on concrete we dont need. keep the original promise and give it to the reserves.
That sidewalk is a total waste of space. Nobody is gonna walk there anyway. Put that money back into the HOA fund where it actually does some good.

So annoying that they keep changing the plans. We bought here for the property value not to have a random sidewalk taking up room. Fix it.
