Being that we were informed that once the hook-up to the city water lines happened, that the rates would go down because of a higher volume of people using the same lines, we object to any and all increases that have happened before, and since then because of being informed of literally just the opposite would happen! As well as the literal insane rates for having water compared up here in the foothills to what they are in town , or other places !

These ridiculous rate increases need to stop. We're already triple what I paid in Wellington. Can the state audit the district to see where all the money is going? When will we be paying the rate for city water since we tapped into it.

I oppose this increase - proper notice was not given to homeowners and I still have not received documentation justifying this increase despite requests to both Spring Canyon and Pinnacle Consulting. ALSO - forcing water customers on septic to pay for sewer repairs is outrageous. Water customers should only be paying for water infrastructure.

They don't even read my meter, the front desk woman is meaner than sin and the water reaks like bleach.. No way am I paying them even more!

Already paying double what we paid in Loveland 6 months ago for water, this will make our bill almost 3 times the amount we were paying less than a year ago. It can't possibly be this much more!

$25.00 seems like a lot for pipe line improvements per household. Also is this temporary or permanent added on charge.
