Summer is upon us and we often walk our pets out to Pecan Park, Ellis Creek Parks and other parks around New Territory. This petition is to request NTRCA to install water fountains for pets in these parks. Here's the list of possible pet fountain locations (there are restrooms close by so plumbing should not be expensive)
