If there's no clean or running water then there should be no school. Kids cannot hold until they get home. That's 7 1/2 hours of no going to the bathroom and you can't wash your hands if they get dirty. This is unsafe and unsanitary. Just hold school off for a little longer so the school can get the water running and clean water.
