Yes, even when I do not water the yard for weeks, my bill is high. Please investigate. "Harvey" era is a perfect example, little water usage, yet a high bill.

Since the flood, my water bill has gone up significantly and has not changed. I wasn't sure why but I do believe this is incorrect and needs to be readjusted and credited back to us.

during Harvey we were billed substantially over what we normally are billed. Our house flooded and we have been gone since. I don't see how this is possible.

The addition fee is 2x the water fee. This cost is considerably more than they pay for water in California. It’s ridiculous!!
