Water and Sanitation in Qwaqwa

I'd like to sign a petition for water intervention by government officials in Qwaqwa.

This situation is not right for the health of the residents.

The government needs to do something about this horrific situation ... I mean our people are suffering

Water is life. We need it. It has been raining a lot but the taps are still dry! Some people are even getting sick of unclean water that is provided at some areas!

Bring back water for our people, enough is enough!!

Our parents are suffering , please open water for them.

It's high time that we stand united and firm as cituzens to call the municipalulity to task. It is uncalled for to stop the supply of water to the citizens only because authorities are looking for available sources of water as their source of income

Something has to be seriously done. We are so fed up with the status quo. It's over a year now, if there is no water today, then the next day we get dirty water. Enough is enough!

It really doesn't make sense that our grandparents have to carry buckets but we have water and it is not for them

I am not racial but if Qwaqwa was a white community this was not going to happen for more than 3 months without intervention, that water from sterkfontein dam would have been diverted from there to every tap in Qwaqwa by now. I always imagine white community of Qwaqwa running with buckets for water but then Qwaqwa is a black community, what have we done wrong black people in this world
