Taking kids to the park without a restroom is really difficult and it prevents many citizens with kids from using the facilities.

Having no sanitary facility at the pool is unacceptable, Bertram City Council. Step up and do what people have elected you to do please. This has gone on for far too long and it needs to be resolved. Use some of that income you get from taxing new business owners for their "SIGNS" that cost so much. Remember you are only ONE vote away from not being elected. Respectfully....

There is no reason I can see that Panther Park should not have a bottle filling/water station and a toilet. It really needs shade cover over the big playground and a splash pad as well.

This is a serious problem for anyone who wants to enjoy the park in the warmer weather. A bathroom should be a priority.

*******We need water fountain/spigot and a bid made for access to the pool bathrooms year around. After the Town Hall meeting and an email sent without a response, this petition was created as a way to communicate to the City Council that tax money needs to go towards functionality of the town and not just beautification. With the Texas summer heat coming quickly, it would be helpful and greatly appreciated if progress could be made. Please share and sign in support. Thank you so much!
