It is important to honor our 1st President!

Candidates that asked for our support, i. e. BRANTLY Moody stated that he voted with the Democrats because they were in the majority he has no excuse now. If local politics are going to mirror the national abuse, why not tell the truth? Republicans have the majority on Country Council and still vote against the will of the people. Time to go.

Honor our first President, George Washington.

As a member of the Society of the Cincinnati, I find the controversy associated with this Resolution a sign of intolerance.

Honor American history!

You have to think about it is what bothers me. And I also worry about the people that voted you into office.

Please proofread the proposed resolution to ensure there are no historical inaccuracies!

We must honor those who shed their blood to create this country and in doing so provided opportunity for us all.

If we can’t honor those who created this country and fought for it then there are no honorable men left.

What a shame that the council refuses to honor the Father of our Country. Your practice of dangerous wokeism is only possible because of George Washington. Y'all are an embarrasment to Charleston.

Honor our heritage and preserve our monuments. I support the resolution and ask County Council members to support it also.
