How does this proposal affect our school system? Please preserve the quality of life in our neighborhoods by not creating even more density.

Enough is enough.

We have ENOUGH high-rise apartment building in the area. We cannot even fill the existing ones. We do not need more. Traffic, both vehicular and pedestrian, is getting out of hand. Please stop the madness.

I do not think current height, set back and density variances should be breached as an incentive to developers.

I'm happy to welcome new neighbors but not by losing access to sunlight, services, and safety. Please keep limit density and height. Please accommodate the organizations that maintain our community. Please assure that drivers and pedestrians are given the space and visibility they need.

We are already too congested

I don't live in the immediate area, but it seems to me that the neighbors have been very responsible in supporting the staff's plan but opposing further changes that would change the character of the neighborhood.

Pedestrian access from 13th St to Wash Blvd would be welcomed, but any new vehicular access should be one-way southbound if present at all. Concessions to YMCA should require binding commitment that they will remain on site.

Increasing height of bldgs. will further degrade the sunlight for all properties in area.
