Warot Tuwichian is the man who killed and raped Hannah Witheridge and assassinated David Miller. He did that with an accomplice who is still unknown. He's protected by his father, Montriwat Tuwichian, the manager of the AC Bar and by Voraphan Tuwichien, Montriwat's brother and the owner of the AC Bar. Voraphan Tuwichien is a local mafia style politician powerful enough to order the Surat Thani police to arrest the two Burmese scapegoats.
