No I don't really like treasure plant. The original was released when I was 10 yrs old in 2002.

There is no better time to make this movie -- TP's fandom has expanded thanks to social sites like fanfiction and Deviant Art. There is a hype for Disney. And the humor would catch. I know the 1st one didn't get much press, but this one could if done before other big budget movies coming up in the pipeline. Just do it.
