I’m shocked at how bad Wandsworth recycling is- so many missed opportunities; especially the seperate food waste bins

This is essential and Wandsworth should learn from other Boroughs.

Couldn’t agree more. This needs to improve as well as reducing flytippers and littering in the streets

This is needed. As a resident it is terrible to not be able to walk down the street with a buggie because of the amount of rubbish everywhere along the streets. It causes vermin which we have enough of already and is unsanitary.

Pls give everyone good old fashioned Ed metal bins.......

Tooting is so dirty, I have to walk with my pram on the road on some corners to be able to get past. What is going on? Fly tipping signs are not working. Get more bodies out there and fines for those caught under cctv

I moved to tooting in 2017. I love tooting but the streets are a disgrace. So much rubbish dumped and causing vermin. I do contemplate moving when I see it on a daily basis

Council needs to make recycling easier for the community!

A food waste collection would cut our weekly rubbish by half.

As I sign this petition, my hope is that Wandsworth is already moving towards introducing food waste collection and composting and the signatures on this petition are a validation of the support for this much needed change.

Please can Wandsworth recycle more and include food bins

I wrote a few years ago as I knew neighbouring Lambeth collected food waste and I was told it was not viable. Dealing with food waste will ease the landfill pressure. I think this will also stop foxes attacking your rubbish, leaving debris spread everywhere.

Too easy to blame the Council, though agree that recycling food waste should be included.
