I have been living in Walvisbay 25 years at my current residence for 23 years this has never been like this that residential areas are influenced by club noise surely the Municipality dit not give there consent in this matter. I will give my full cooperation too help in this matter and also would like too see the paperwork that was handed in for this (Lounge) to get approval for there license. I am in the construction business and always take residence in construction when we are building close or next to residential areas too keep noise to a minimum.

We live close to Ka Vibe Lounge and the noise it terrible and keeps us awake until early morning hours. Perhaps if the entertainment would be inside, and not in an open/tented area, it would already be better.

Questions have been asked since April 2024.
Has been reported numerous times to police and when attempting to twice lay charges at Police, it was ignored. The Health Act 1 59 (h) also refers. Members have reported suffering from migraines and exhaustion from lack of sleep. There are many questions regarding the inspections, approval of building/renovations, compliance certificates, building codes on the part of the municipality.

I live with my mother she is very old and we live next to that bar we cant sleep at night with that loud music at night and then we have to go work tired due to them playing music as loud as possible you feel the vibration in your bed everything i wish they could move to a different area
