Clubs andlounges in the middle of town must properly comply with soundproofing regulations; how is it possible to allow a lounge to be set up inside a tent?

We need to prevent these kinds of situations in the Walvis Bay neighborhood, and that's why it's necessary to pressure the authorities to do their job, since it's very clear that what La Vine lounge is illegal.

It is impossible to sleep until late night during the weekend if you are staying in that residential area. Everyone in Walvis Bay must follow the rules; there are no privileges, and corruption must not be tolerated.

Unfortunately, as is almost always the case, these kinds of situations continue happening in Walvis Bay. How is it possible that everything is based on corruption? Anyone that wants to open a lounge like this should invest the money to ensure soundproofing and it's properly equipped. Why are there people who can jump the rules and regulations?

We, as members of the Walvis community, must help make our town a better place, free from these kinds of problems. The town council needs to do its job.
