Are you happy with wallpaper on only one side of the hallways? The paint on the wall on the main floor is already full of numerous marks after only a couple weeks. Can you imagine what it will look like after a few months, a year etc?

The painted hallways will make the building look dirty at all times and cost us money to repair each year. Both sides of the wall should be wallpapered to help keep the maintenance low and have durability.
