This is a petition to have the Dept. of Highways or The City of Gary to Repair road and build up low spots on this road to prevent futher vehicle damages for the tax payers that have to use this roadway. Also to repave said road from top to bottom because of damaged done by water company in years past and from drainage pipe that has been clugged up for many years, that also needs to be fixed. The taxpapers living on this hill has spend quite a bit of money trying to keep it up enough to keep from damaging their vechicles. The State or County needs to take care of this right away before someone really gets hurt. Also a small guardrail by the old school on the curve would be a very good safety device.
