Waiono Ranch Road is the only access road to the many residents. There are several points in this road which limit traffic to 1 car only. The proposed traffic would block use by Police or Ambulance, this is now a one lane road.

Waiono Rd, lot 11, is a small winding up hill road that could not accommodate near the traffic of that volume. The liability for all would be ridiculous. I object to this unreasonable idea.

The safety of this road was already concerning, adding that much more traffic would make it very dangerous.

I understand the desire to explore alternative options for land use, however the scale, frequency, and impact of their plan definitely seems to be excessive for their lot sizes proximity to surrounding neighbors but most importantly waionos one lane private road that is simply not safe enough to support their intended use. The people who live, work and use Waiono ranch road already do so with extreme caution and have daily challenges navigating oncoming traffic with its narrow width and blind spots. Inviting party goers who have never traveled it at that volume would be asking for the residents to risk their safety simply doing their daily business.

This road is already over used, under maintained and downright dangerous.
Adding inebriated party goers would be a grave mistake!

Wail our Ranch Rd, Lot 11, is a privately owned road. As owner of Lot 11, I strongly object to this 20 acre easement encroachment by Sunshine Farms LLC. They have never asked permission to use the easement road for any activity other than the designated farm access use. This road is not safe and not up to standards to support this kind of commercial abuse unrelated to farming. As far as the liability goes there is no way to approve this idea.

This road is too dangerous as it is. A one lane road is not appropriate for large gatherings

I strenuously object to this use as our shared road, essentially a one lane driveway, cannot possibly support this level of traffic and it will have an adverse impact on the quality of our lives.

Our private, single lane road cannot support such traffic and would be a clear detriment to our neighborhood. There would exist a clear safety issue especially as concerns the road which is intended as a driveway to our properties, not a commercial avenue.

Waiono Ranch Road is too dangerous to handle large volumes of traffic. Its a single lane road, no areas to pull over, blind spots, steep and covered with moss and also floods during rains. This is not a safe use of the road for all individuals and employees to the farms and ranches that have legal access. This would be a disaster waiting to happen if approved. Way too much liability to even consider.

Our road is inadequate and needs proper maintenance; it's a huge issue with me.
I hope to continue this conversation at a later date, thank you.

I represent Merner Land Company, and feel that undue use of the road will cause further erosion to the road. Anyone using the road to a greater degree than originally anticipated, should be paying for road maintenance to a greater much greater degree, and the road was not designed to support such activity.

Traffic Safety!!! Our private ROAD DOES NOT HAVE APPROPRIATE SITE DISTANCE AND OR WIDE AREA TO PUT OVER.
TO HAVE MORE TRAFFIC PUT ON IT.
