PLEASE preserve my rural neighborhood. No noise pollution. No light pollution. No gas station. No car wash. No fast food.

As a resident of the area surrounding the proposed development of the parcel on the corner of Wagonwheel and Old Vegas Trail, I oppose the fueling center, car wash, shopping center at Wagonwheel and Old Vegas Trail. I request that this parcel only be developed without Conditions of Use permits agreed to by the City of Henderson. As a home owner in this area, I accept the fact that the parcel has been identified as Commercial, but should only be developed within the confines of the present zoning regulations in place.

We already have a gas station/carwash/greenvalley grocery across the bridge. Please if your gonna build something , i would vote for a small grocery store like Trader Joes.

No to Shops at Old Vegas Trail. This is not appropriate development in the middle of a residential area.
