we do not want nor need another gas station /car wash in this area!!! It is a rural community, we want to keep it this way!!! Build your dream some where else!!!

This area does not need another car wash and gas station as there is one just on the other side of the highway. I moved to this area to get as close to rural living as possible in this city. Don't allow special permits or zoning exceptions.
Put something there that is more aligned to what this small section of Henderson is all about.

I do not wish to see this corner used for a gas station and car wash. A center with a deli, coffee or restaurant (not another Mexican restaurant) would be nice maybe.
