It's ideal for a park or playground not a gas station. We are strongly opposed, as this should be green space.

I am strongly against having a gas station, car wash and fast food chains coming into our neighborhood!

As an Old Vegas Estates resident, I oppose any use other than what the original zoning provides for.

No gas station. No car wash. No fast food. We already have a gas station/ car wash across the way from us. The traffic at the light on wagonwheel has already been a problem and with all the new housing going up, it's just going to get worse as it is . We like living in this rural community just the way it is and do not want the negative side effects that come with building businesses in this area. Go down the street and buy the gun range lot. Not here. We've already said no once and we'll continue to say no.

Traffic in this area is already pretty bad and how much worse will it get with a convienance store.
North down boulder highway is already zoned for this let it/them go down there.

This is not needed nor wanted in this area. This will cause a huge burden on the intersection and traffic congestion. This will devalue our homes. This brings nothing to our community for the better!

No car wash, no convienance store- both belonging to Terrible Herbst. This is the anchor draw for more business to come into our area. No fast food with drive-thru or speakers. Ok for light business building if lowered 10' & made to look rustic in keeping with the neighborhood. Comfort food restaurant ok if sit down & closes at 10pm. We do NOT want people who don't live in our area to come cruising through the "plaza" & out through our neighborhood. This invites loud noise from souped up vehicles & loud music, crime, cruising & trash dumping in our area. Not to mention light pollution & noise. We are a rural area & want to keep it that way.

we are against this development at Wagonwheel Dr. and Old Vegas Trail. There is a gas station an car wash on the other side of 95 we don't need another one.

There are enough empty plazas in Henderson close enough to our development yet to be filled. We do not need another part-time plaza eyesore.

We do not need anymore things built . The new housing development is going to cause enough traffic. That intersection will be a disaster. The lanes are difficult to merge into on wagon wheel and will become worse with traffic from new homes!!!

I am against the new commercial development proposed for a gas station and car wash at Wagonwheel Drive and Old Vegas Trail. We do not need more noise and traffic at this intersection, especially with the new 120-unit housing development at Paseo Pointe already coming online this summer directly across the street from this site!

Please don't do the gas station here. This is one of the only equestrian areas in the city. We are an affordable, but unique neighborhood and wish to keep things quiet and comfortable. Thank you.
