The Walnut Ridge Homeowners Association hereby petitions the Public Works Dept, City of Memphis, TN and all governmental authorities as required by law, to resurface the deteriorating streets of said subdivision said streets being under the jurisdiction of said city. The undersigned unanimously seek the said street resurfacing be done by procedures that etch or screed existing paved areas, patched areas, for a more durable life and less maintenance. We are, by this petition, asking this matter be given priority notice in the next budgeting for repairs. The signatures below represent all homeowners or current mortgage holders holding title accounting for 147-148 lots.
