I am honestly overwhelmed by how quickly our neighborhood has come together on this. This momentum belongs entirely to you and I am just doing my best to keep up with the energy you have all brought to this effort.

i just want someone to listen to us for once. fix the front gate and the street lights!!
About time. We havent had a real update in months and the dues keep going up.
YES. The board has been ignoring emails for weeks. Enough is enough.
The bylaws are clear. They cant just dodge us forever.
Finally some action being taken. Need to know where our money is going.

The landscaping is a joke lately. We pay way too much for this neighborhood to look like it does.
