Hundreds of schools have been closed in Puerto Rico because of vulture Funds that demand payment of the debt that they have bought. They rather get payed then to pay for public schools normal operations. The corruption of the Puerto Rican government has led to this and our future generations have been stuck with the bill. They have already paid $15 billion of this debt which is 4x greater than the annual government school funding.
