Not only should he be held responsible for these charges, this fits the definition of felony cruelty-aggravated cruelty to animals. Vt law's definition of torture contained in that statute is: "(10) "Torture" or "torment" means omission, neglect, or an act by an animal owner or other person, whereby physical pain, suffering or death is caused or permitted to be caused to an animal." I believe this should be a felony charge of aggravated animal cruelty.

Why does this guy still have a hunting lisence?!? I hope he gets the maximum penalty AND is never allowed to hunt again!
