I sign this petition to make this promise to members of Congress: Vote YES on "Cap-and-Trade" or "Healthcare Reform", and you will permanently lose my vote. I will help vote you out of office. If either bill passes, Obama also loses my vote. The Energy bill will bankrupt this country and remove it permanently from world leadership, while doing nothing to alter the climate. The only ones to profit are carbon traders like Al Gore, and non-participating countries like India and China. This bill only creates a crushing tax on the economy. I would run you out of office just for trying to pass the 1000-page Health Bill in 2 weeks without even reading or discussing it. The vast majority in this country want to keep their current coverage. We have the best health system in the world and you change it at your peril. Instead, reform Medicaid and Medicare now, make insurance portable, and add tort reform. Go slowly. Go ahead...vote Yes...and get ready for private life. Remember...you work for me.
