We, the undersigned Illinois residents, urge the Illinois State Legislature to immediately begin the impeachment process against Governor Rod Blagojevich. The allegations made against him by the U.S. Attorney violate the trust that the Illinois voters have put in him. We feel that action should be taken immediately to strip him of his powers of appointing a Unites States Senator or using the office he holds for personal gain.
