Mrs Zimmerman was killed in a nursing home because they did not have the time or staff to 'manage' high care residents who need extra care. Mrs Zimmerman was given a large dose of narcotic to sedate her for the night to 'keep her quiet,' but instead it put her into a coma from which she never awoke. Mrs Zimmerman was in fact not palliative nor did she have any pain requiring large doses of morphine. The nurse ignored the directive of Mrs Zimmerman's legal guardian who denied permission for such an outrageous order and injected the morphine anyway after she had left the premises.
