The musicians make the orchestra, it's not the other way around...meaning the management team is meaningless without an orchestra. Get fair...be fair...make this a world class orchestra!

"The staff and executives of this organization have enjoyed this benefit, and the time has come for the musicians to be treated the same." Enough said. The orchestra is not only that collection of individuals who produce the product; the orchestra IS the product.

It is time to show appreciation for the musicians of Pacific Symphony, not only through words of praise and exclamations of excellence but by providing a living on which they can thrive and can continue to contribute to our community. Without doing so, Pacific Symphony will lose its talent to orchestras that truly value their musicians and pay them accordingly.
Hoping for the best!
