s devoted Jubilee members we deeply saddened to share that under the current leadership of our board, our church has lost our beloved pastor of 15 years. This loss has not only affected us personally but has also shaken the spiritual foundation of our entire congregation.

For more than a decade, our pastor provided unwavering guidance, support, and spiritual leadership that enriched our lives and strengthened our community bonds. However, recent mismanagement and decisions made by the present church board have led to an environment that is neither conducive to spiritual growth nor reflects the values of our congregation. The board has also caused divisions in other departments at the assembly that has made members difficult to work together.

Many of us have observed a noticeable decline in church attendance, a lack of transparency in board decisions, and an erosion of community trust. These issues are critical to address if we are to save and better our church community. According to the Pew Research Center, strong and transparent leadership is essential for maintaining vibrant and active religious communities. Ignoring these issues could lead to a further decline of our congregation and its impact.

We propose a vote of no confidence in the current church board. This action is not taken lightly, but it is necessary for initiating the change we need to restore and uphold the principles and practices we cherish. Through a transparent voting process, we can bring new leadership that aligns with the values of our community, revitalizes our congregation, and restores the faith of our members.

Please join us in demanding accountability and transparency from our church board members by signing this petition for a vote of no confidence. Your support is crucial in bringing about the positive changes our spiritual home desperately needs.
