Runyenjes subcounty Hospital is pathetic.. Cracked pavements not sheltered and if it rains movement from wards to theatre becomes impossible. The hospital has never been painted looks like ruins. The bed capacity is wanting very congested

She interferes with all procedures making department heads unable to perform

COH doesn't follow communication protocol. She doesn't allow department heads to do their work
