A very emotional and arrogant MoH, always harassing medical personnel east west centre..let's have a professional in that office, a medic to be precise.

My Aunt has breast cancer and there are some medicines she take everyday. Those medicines are there in Embu hospital cancer clinic but whenever she goes to get them, she is told to pay cash and those medicines are very expensive.
Her NHIF is of Embu hospital but when she go to meru hospital, NHIF pay for her
My question is, why can't Embu hospital accept NHIF card yet meru hospital accept it?
