I was at the meeting last night and feel that the main problem is the traffic situation that any building would create.

At the intersection of Old Willow and Defense Highway a car was waiting to turn left when another car going eastbound attempted to go around to the right, excessive speed, lost control and crushed my car sitting in the Fat Boys parking lot. You could definitely expect more of those incidents as this was not an exceptional incident for that intersection, just east of the intended construction site.

Traffic will be a nightmare. My father lives in Piney Orchard and I was looking forward to buying a house in the area but I think I will hold off.
