The traffic in this area is horrible! We don't need more buildings and parking lots. How would this impact the Patuxent River? The site is located near the river.

I am in opposition to the building of this facility on Cox Rd in Gambrills, MD. It will add to an already dangerous intersection and create massive traffic volume.

The increase in traffic as well as through Crofton, will cause a drop in housing prices and cause traffic jams on Rt 450 and Tarrytown Avenue.

Too much infrastructure needed on and around Defense Hwy. building way too big for Crofton community. Members will be flooding the roads already jammed with traffic 7 days a week.

There is too much traffic in this area right now. Where are they going to park? The roads can't support that many vehicles. No more buildings and paved parking lots that will add to the pollution of the Patuxent River.

We are concerned about the septic system backing up into our neighborhood that backs this proposed church. We strongly oppose more building on 450!

Traffic is already a nightmare in the area. Crofton has already been destroyed in the last 18 years with all the over development. It's just too much.

The church will hold close to 1,000 people, the majority of which will arrive by bus. The roads cannot handle this volume of traffic, the church cannot provide any tax subsidies to cover the cost of the damages and expansions necessary, nor should this 63,000 sf facility be built inside of a residential zone. The only other facility close to this scale on rt. 450 are the Best Buy and Home Depot, both of which reside along a 6
lane segment of rt. 450 in Annapolis.

PLEASE DONTLET THIS HAPPEN!!! Our neighborhood is being built up enough by shopping. I'm not opposed to their church I just want them to build it someplace else. Isn't there a spot on 301 that they could use?

This proposed Mega Church will negatively impact the surrounding residential area. The road infrastructure in that area cannot handle the magnitude of additional traffic that is projected!
