Vote NO to Winner's Chapel International near Crofton, MD

I live right off of this corner and this will be a nightmare!!!!

Traffic issues will be a nightmare especially when Ren. Fest. is on going.

Please don't allow this building to be built in our community!!!!

The last thing this area needs is a mega church. What we do need is another high school. Why hasn't that happened?

Building this church in this area is wrong for so many, many reasons. The roads are just not equipped to handle such traffic. This is a rural area that should not be taken over by a mega-church.

This will be very bad for traffic in that area.

there is no light at this intersection and this is a small 2 lane road. The traffic would be a nightmare during chruch use days. If you have ever driven on 450 W into Bowie when the church on that road is letting out, there has to be a police officer there every Sunday to deal with the traffic problem, and that is a much smaller church than what is being planned for at Cox rd. There is entirely too much development happening in this struggling-to-remain-suburban/rural area.

Cox Road is not equipped for a 63,000 square foot anything. It doesn't matter what the intended purpose of the structure will be. Traffic, Safety, Sewer/Well construction and stormwater runoff are all serious considerations that the developers have only half realized in an attempt to get paid. Let this congregation get a proper site for their facility, not be sold a bill of goods by the developers who all stand to profit and then walk away. This is as bad of a deal for them as it is for the community.

I will move my family away from Crofton the moment this mega-church breaks ground! 450 does not have any space for anymore traffic, especially traffic of this magnitude!

For all the stated reasons and objections, I vote NO to the building of the Winner's Chapel or any similar structure of this kind on Cox Road.

The traffic would be unbelievably Bad!

This is an awful location for a building and population of this size, rte 450 is crowded as it is and can't handle this influx of traffic and activity, especially across from a quiet and calm community across the street

How about a Crofton High school somewhere instead

NO HOW. NO WAY!!!!?

Voting No. Building to big for the proposed parking area. Overflow parking will clog 450, Tarrytown, Cox and other roadways as already happens during peak party times at Fat Boys Crab Shack. This will lead to a public safety problem because the bad sight lines in that section of 450 already contribute to a greater number of car crashes. Septic and well plans could cause environmental issues as well. No plan for storm water management. Bad location.

This structure is to massive and will bring an influx of to many cars people and sewerage polluting our water to an already over burdended road sewage system

There is so much rural land available not very far from the proposed site. The proposed location is not suitable for such a large establishment.

The infrastructure is taxed enough as it is. We need to focus on improving what already exists before we add to the demand....
